PREVENTION MEASURES COVID-19

It is not possible to enter Morillo de Tou if you are suffering from Covid-19 or have symptoms compatible with the disease. The simple entry to the Holiday Centre implies the express declaration of not being ill or having symptoms of the disease.

If you notice symptoms during your stay, call the General Covid19 Aragón telephone number 976 696 382 immediately; avoid going to the health centre. You should also inform the reception desk so that they can implement the action protocol. There is information on all the health care telephone numbers inside the centre.

You must respect and comply at all times with current legislation regarding the safety distance and the use of masks. In addition, it is also compulsory to comply with all the rules set out on the posters distributed by the Holiday Centre, and to follow both the instructions contained therein and the indications of our staff.

Reception -Check-in: In order to ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of the accommodation, the check-in and check-out times have been modified. Thank you for your understanding:

Check-in time: 16:00 h // Check-out time: 10:00 h

Check-in Online: Online pre-registration has been set up to avoid queues and crowds as well as physical contact at the reception. It is strongly recommended to use this method to speed up the arrival service.

Access by vehicle: To access the centre with the vehicle through the entrance barrier, the vehicle's number plate must be registered in the computer system. If this is done prior to arrival (online check-in or direct communication), you will be able to access the centre's indoor car park directly through the barriers. Otherwise, you will have to park your vehicle in the outside area, check-in in person and then enter the site. Maximum 1 vehicle per stay.

Access to Reception:

Capacity will be limited and only one booking/family will be attended at a time in order to maintain a safe distance.

It is compulsory to wear a mask and to disinfect your hands with the hydroalcoholic gel available at reception. The safety distance must be maintained at all times.

To minimise trips to reception (for safety and speed of service), we recommend:

• Make payments by contactless card or previously by bank transfer. When paying with a chip or stripe card, the card will not be manipulated by the employee at any time and, after each use, the dataphone will be disinfected.
• We have removed all information brochures from our counter, so for more information on routes, excursions or facilities, you can consult the "What to do" section of our website or ask for it at reception.

Services of the Holiday Centre (restaurant, toilets, laundry, laundry room, supermarket in summer)

• The use of face masks shall be compulsory in all common indoor and transit areas.
• The following must be scrupulously respected safety distances and maximum seating capacity marked in each service by signage.
• We recommend frequent hand washing with hydroalcoholic gel.
• Some toilets have been made unusable in order to maintain the safety distance.
• Out of respect for the people on duty, it is requested not to spend too much time in the showers and toilets, and to use them responsibly.
• The frequency of cleaning and cleaning has been increased, especially in the communal areas. No use of the toilets will be allowed during cleaning. It is essential to cooperate with the cleaning department.

Accommodation

• The use of face masks is compulsory in common areas and passageways in the hostels: stairs, corridors, lifts, etc.
• All superfluous elements - mainly decorative ones - have been removed; our accommodations will be a little less beautiful, but this way they are safer. For the same reason there will be no amenities in the rooms.
• The daily cleaning of the rooms will be carried out within the established timetable and will be done only and exclusively in the absence of the client.
• Check-in and check-out times must be scrupulously respected.

Swimming pool

• Capacity will be limited. Access to the site will be under the supervision of the lifeguard.
• It is compulsory to take a shower before entering the pool.
• Frequent cleaning and disinfection of beaches and fixtures will be intensified.
• The use of balls, mats or anything else that can be handled by different people is not permitted.
• We remind you to keep a safe distance between people, both in and out of the water.
• A maximum time per person/family will be set, depending on demand, so that all customers can enjoy this service.

Animation

• The summer entertainment programme has been adapted to the current legislation on social distance and the use of masks.
• Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied in all activities by 1 adult. Groups within the activities will be formed by family units.
• Non-disposable equipment used shall be disinfected before and after each use.
• The activities will take place in the open air and will have the maximum capacity established by current legislation.

COVID-19 is a disease caused by the SARS-Cov-2 Coronavirus. The most common symptoms caused by the disease are fever, cough and shortness of breath. Other symptoms may include: tiredness, aches and pains, runny nose, sore throat, headache, diarrhoea, loss of sense of smell or taste.

Preventive measures recommended to avoid infection according to the WHO:

• Avoid greeting staff and other customers with physical contact (including shaking hands).
• Dispose of any personal hygiene waste immediately in the bins or containers provided by the Holiday Centre, NEVER on the ground.
• Wash hands often and thoroughly, especially after sneezing, coughing or touching potentially contaminated surfaces.
• Use the hydroalcoholic solution dispensers that will be distributed at various points in the Holiday Centre.
• Respect safety distances (2 metres) and avoid crowds.
• Wear appropriate footwear for showers
